Dazzle & Fizz is a collective of creatives; passionate about innovation, obsessed with design, and unwavering in our pursuit of the ultimate client experience. Founded in 2013 by Charlotte Melia and Christie-Lee Molgaard, Dazzle & Fizz has grown to become one of the most reputable creative event studios in the industry. 

Winners of ‘Creative Entrepreneur of the Year’ 2022 at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards, Dazzle & Fizz pioneers an innovative approach to strategic challenges in a creative way, with clear deliverables and tangible outcomes. We deliver creative solutions via strategic consultancy, corporate events, and private events.

Creativity is the antidote for rigid thinking and, as such, is a valuable tool for organisations of all sizes. Dazzle & Fizz offers a fresh perspective on existing event challenges and works with industry professionals to elevate their events. After gaining a first-class degree from Royal Holloway University of London, Charlotte started her career as a professional actress and founded Dazzle & Fizz in 2010.  Charlotte has overseen all aspects of the business’s growth into a full-service planning and design family event business which now also includes multi-media content and a residential children’s camp on the Isle of Wight.

Charlotte is passionate about female entrepreneurship and as well as hosting a sell-out ‘Women in Business’ conference she has also delivered talks for Greenwich University and the University of Winchester Business Department.  Having worked with Facebook since 2015, in 2021 she was chosen by Facebook/ Meta to represent the UK in their global events panel. 

As mother/parent to a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder with PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance), Charlotte is focused on ensuring accessibility and inclusivity for children.

Having studied Fine Art and with a passion for creating engaging and memorable experiences, Christie leads the creative vision for the business alongside raising her young family.  

Design and detail are at the heart of every Dazzle & Fizz event and it’s Christie that ensures we not only execute, but exceed, our client’s expectations.  Whether working to a precise brief – or designing a bespoke concept – Christie ensures that Dazzle & Fizz events are renowned the world-over for their innovative production and unrivalled detail.

Working with clients year after year requires both consistency and creativity: determined that every event should surpass the last, Christie is driven by the desire to provide Moments of Joy and unexpected delight for clients and their guests, whether at an intimate celebration or global gathering.

Whether overseeing an in-house production team creating everything from props to party bags, or designing an immersive, magical world for a children’s party or acting as brand storyteller for our corporate clients, Christie fully involves herself in every project to make sure that Dazzle & Fizz remains the leader in luxury immersive events ((for UHNW families)) and partner to the world’s leading venues and suppliers.

Leading the development of The Dazzle & Fizz Club App, Christie is heavily focused on children’s mental health.  Christie also manages the company’s Corporate Wellness Programme and is passionate about supporting the team’s personal development and wellbeing.

Moving internationally since the age of 11, with deep involvement in M&A deals, Sarah is experienced in embracing complexity, inclusion and how to lead in a world of ambiguity. Sarah is a standing judge for the UK Social Mobility Awards.

Having founded & scaled businesses in the digital sector, Mike provides support with strategic direction & digital offerings.

CFO (Consultant)

An experienced Finance Director and advisor to fast growth companies, Kate leads the finance department and special projects. Kate is also a Business Mentor to The Prince’s Trust.


Iwona Mason

Sales & Event Director

With over 10 years of luxury event planning experience, Iwona leads the Sales & Events team, overseeing every aspect of planning and production. Previously Head of Social Events at The Berkeley, Iwona is respected and admired by clients and suppliers alike for her attention to detail and ability to create exceptional events.

Having started her career in the marketing department of international luxury brands, Laura moved into hospitality and launched an award-winning events venue. Laura joined Dazzle & Fizz to oversee all aspects of the brand and new partnerships.

Emily Blume

Creative Content Lead

Having appeared in the West End and on international tours, Emily transitioned from acting to production and is responsible for children’s content creation across the business, including The Dazzle & Fizz Club App.

Katie Hockley

Finance Manager

A Management Accountant with 15 years of experience, Katie manages the day-to-day finance operations of the business, as well as the smooth running of our Head Office.

Matthew Molgaard

Client Experience Manager

A highly experienced recruitment specialist, having successfully delivered talent programmes for a range of high-profile clients, Matthew brings a wealth of relationship, engagement and retention knowledge.

He joins Dazzle and Fizz as their Sales Consultant, focusing on the growth of corporate and sporting partnerships.

Matthew has been with the business for over 10 years and is responsible for the bespoke sets that provide the centrepiece for our events. His craftsmanship brings the creative vision of our Design Team to life, creating a truly magical, and immersive, experience for guests. Matthew is an Ex-Serviceman and a committed fundraiser for Help for Heroes.

Together Dave & Lee are responsible for our warehouse and logistics. They also manage over 3,500 sq ft of inventory and their detailed attention ensures we deliver exceptional events, each and every time.

Ellie manages the Dazzle & Fizz Social Media Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook accounts.
