Our Event Managers play an essential role in the design and delivery of all of our events, from concept to completion. The Event Manager is the client’s key point of contact throughout the event process, liaising with all wider team members to ensure a cohesive and unique party.

This role offers an unrivalled opportunity to be fully immersed in the high-end event world, frequently working on large scale events with an array of high profile clients. It will be suited to candidates who have worked in a similar events environment and possess excellent digital design capabilities, ideally with a knowledge of Sage One, ScheduleIt, Dropbox and Google Drive.

The ideal candidate will be client facing, confident, organized, driven and very self-sufficient. They will be motivated to exceed the expectations of both the client and the company at all times and be willing to rise to any challenge that they may face. Resilience is a key characteristic of our ideal Event Manager, as is an iron clad work ethic and genuine desire to have a successful career.

Day to Day tasks will include:

  • Attending client meetings
  • Maintain and grow relationships with partner venues (5* hotels, private members clubs, etc)
  • Maintain and manage ongoing client relationships
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
  • Responding to incoming enquiries
  • Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines
  • Travelling to on site inspections
  • Produce detailed proposals and quotations
  • Research venues, suppliers and contractors
  • Produce all event paperwork including the working document, event budget, schedules and RAMS

On the day of the event, you will be required to:

  • Manage the get in, live event and get out
  • Oversee outside suppliers and acts
  • Liaise with the venue
  • Coordinate all staff
  • Ensure the event runs to time
  • Point of contact for the client
